Your shift ended. The transfer didn't.

At 12:07, one last order comes through: take Patient 06 to the basement morgue. Security won't open the staff exit. The lift is stuck. Someone says they'll meet you downstairs.

Your name is already on the paperwork.

Keep moving.

You're helpless here. You have no weapon, no way to call for help, and a patient who still needs you.

Take the handles. Get the doors working. Operate the old hospital equipment by hand. Watch the body under the sheet, and listen for the wheels behind you.

LAST TRANSFER is a first-person PSX-style horror game built around the theme Helpless.

  • A patient to watch. A second bed to listen for.
  • Physical switches, ratcheting wheels and timed treatment puzzles.
  • Two endings, with unlocked endings saved between visits.
  • No checkpoints. A failed transfer starts from the beginning.

Someone is waiting downstairs.

Before you take the handles

The main-menu tutorial explains the basics. Start there.

E — take or release the trolley
F — operate equipment; follow the hold/release cue
Q / right mouse — glance behind you
Shift — hurry while your stamina lasts
R — steady the patient while pushing and facing ahead
C — free a jammed caster while holding the trolley
Esc — pause and settings

Hi, and thanks for playing and for the feedback! :p The game might feel pretty tough at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes a lot more manageable. That said, I’m planning to tone down the difficulty a bit in the next update to make the experience more enjoyable. I’ll try to find a better balance between challenging and frustrating. Thanks again for giving the game a shot, and I hope you’ll give it another try after the update! :)

no problem thanks for replying, ill look forward to future content
